'Tomb Raider' Sequel For Next-Gen Consoles Confirmed By Square Enix CEO

Square Enix exec Phil Rogers announced in a blog post that a sequel to "Tomb Raider" is currently underway, Games Radar reports.

Details are scarce at the moment, though considering that the "Tomb Raider" reboot was released for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC, we expect to see the "Tomb Raider" sequel on the Xbox 360 as well as the PS3. There's no word on a release date for the "Tomb Raider" sequel at this point.

The "Tomb Raider" reboot was well received, earning a score of 9.1 from IGN and 8.5 from GameSpot.
