Too Serious, Too Fast: Reason For Miley Cyrus, Kaitlynn Carter Sudden Split

Did Miley Cyrus and Kaitlynn Carter’s relationship happen too fast, to soon? Could that be the reason of their sudden split?

One moment it was Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth, the next thing you know they’re done. Then Carter came into the picture, they’ve had a couple of PDAs and just when everyone thought the relationship will last a little longer, it suddenly ended. Cyrus and Carter’s relationship may have been over but the decision was amicable, Cosmopolitan reported.

But what happened?

According to a source who exclusively shared this information with People, Cyrus wanted to be single so she could focus on herself. She reportedly invested so much of herself in the relationship with Hemsworth that after their split, she just wanted to focus on her career. In fact, her romance with Carter came unexpectedly.

Allegedly, one of the reasons pointed out amid the Cyrus and Carter’s split controversy was things were getting too serious, too soon. Initially, Cyrus aimed to be single after her split from Hemsworth but she accidentally ended up with Carter. If that's the case, Cyrus is now back on track.

The source further claimed that Cyrus didn’t want a serious relationship so when she felt that her current one, with Carter, seemed heading to the same direction as she had with the Australian actor, she had to do something about it—and by that, it meant ending it.

Cyrus was reportedly enjoying being with Carter but ultimately, what she wanted was to focus on her craft; hence, the split was not an easy decision. Although they are no longer romantically together, Cyrus is reportedly still friends with Carter.

It was on Saturday when the news outlet confirmed that Cyrus and Carter parted ways. Several days later, the “Slide Away” singer uploaded several snaps of her escapade in the Grand Canyon but this time, without Carter.

There were previous reports claiming that Hemsworth was willing to work things out with Cyrus. Amid the separation, news circulated claiming that Cyrus won’t file a divorce from Hemsworth. However, her PDAs with Carter were reportedly the reason which drove Hemsworth to initiate the divorce proceedings. The reason cited for such action was irreconcilable differences.

Some say Hemsworth had issues with partying and vices, and Cyrus reportedly didn’t want to go back to that kind of lifestyle. Others claim that the cause of separation was Cyrus’ act of infidelity —an allegation she clarified through a statement she posted on Instagram.

Cyrus admitted to a lot of undesirable stuff she did in the past but cheating was not one of them. Cyrus said that when she got back together with him, she was in it for real.
