It was recently reported that legendary actor Al Pacino, whose movies have grossed over $1 billion, owes the Internal Revenue Service $188,000. The IRS filed a tax lien against Pacino claiming he owes the government $169,143.06 from 2008 and $19,140.44 from 2009. Pacino's rep blamed it all on his former business manager Kenneth Starr who was just sentenced to seven years in prison for cheating a number of celebrities out of millions. Snipes failed to file tax returns from 1999 to 2004 and pleaded not guilty, saying he was not required to pay them. After a number of failed appeals, Snipes is now serving a three-year sentence. His expected release date is July 19, 2013. Reuters

The high-fashion model had a rocky 2010. Days before the British supermodel began testifying for allegedly receiving a “blood” diamond from former Liberian president Charles Taylor, the IRS filed a lien against Naomi Campbell for more than $63,000. Reuters

Nas is no stranger to money troubles. The Detroit News reported in January 2011 that the IRS filed a third lien against the rapper making the total amount he owed more than $6.46 million. Reuters

6. Xzibit
The Detroit News also reported that rapper Xzibit owes the IRS more than $960,000. The former “Pimp My Ride” host is in major financial trouble. Since his show was canceled Xzibit filed for bankruptcy twice. He has had four tax liens filed against him. Reuters
7. Val Kilmer
Val Kilmer was issued a tax lien in December 2010 for nearly $500,000 in unpaid 2008 federal taxes. The actor was issued this tax lien right after he had paid back previous taxes. Reuters
9. Khloe Kardashian
According to TMZ, the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star allegedly owed the state of California more than $18,000 in back taxes from 2007. She blamed her accountant for. She has since paid back the bill and is working with a new financial team. Reuters
10. Nicolas Cage
Nicolas Cage owes more than $6.7 million in unpaid taxes for 2008. According to TMZ he also owes another $6.6 million in debts from 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2007. This all was after the IRS accused the actor with falsely writing off $4.4 million in personal charges to his company Saturn Productions. Reuters
