The top after-market NASDAQ stock market gainers are: Conn's, Kirkland's, Internap Network Services, rue21, Seahawk Drilling, Digital River, Peet's Coffee & Tea, optionsXpress Holdings, Semtech, and Cninsure.

Conn's Inc. (CONN) surged 9.19 percent to $4.87 in the after-market trading. The company's third quarter loss narrowed to $5.1 million or 23 cents a share from $14.4 million or 64 cents a share last year. Revenue fell 14 percent to $169.9 million. Analysts had expected a loss of 26 cents a share on revenue of $167.07 million. Same-store sales declined 16.3 percent.

Kirkland's Inc. (KIRK) soared 7.00 percent to $12.84 in the after-hours session.

Internap Network Services Corp. (INAP) improved 6.19 percent to $6.18 in the after-market trading. Brokerage firm RBC Capital Markets upgraded rating of Internap to 'outperform' from 'sector perform' and increased price target to $7 from $6.

RBC analyst Jonathan Atkin said Internap offers less risk than its peers, as it trades at a lower multiple. Atkin expects the company's recent and continuing bookings strength could drive a return to growth in consolidated and IP services revenue during the coming few quarters.

The addition of 26,500 of new sellable square feet in third quarter of 2010 in Houston, Seattle and Silicon Valley and 10,000 square feet in Boston in second quarter of 2011 could be a source of upside if Internap is able to successfully attract more customers than modeled, said Atkin.

rue21, Inc. (RUE) jumped 4.95 percent to $30.97 in the after-hours session.

Seahawk Drilling, Inc. (HAWK) climbed 4.64 percent to $7.90 in the after-market trading.

Digital River Inc. (DRIV) rose 4.62 percent to $38.05 in the after-hours session.

Peet's Coffee & Tea Inc. (PEET) grew 4.05 percent to $41.40 in the after-market trading.

optionsXpress Holdings, Inc. (OXPS) gained 3.62 percent to $19.20 in the after-hours session.

Semtech Corp. (SMTC) increased 3.43 percent to $24.13 in the after-market trading.

Cninsure Inc. (CISG) moved up 3.26 percent to $19 in the after-hours session.
