China GrenTech Corp. Ltd. (GRRF) surged 19.46 percent to $3.56 in the after-market trading. The company's third quarter earnings were $1.93 million or $0.08 per ADS on revenue of $59.3 million.

Perceptron, Inc. (PRCP) soared 17.86 percent to $6.60 in the after-hours session. The company's first quarter loss narrowed to $352,000 or 4 cents a share from $813,000 or 9 cents a share last year. Sales rose 18.5 percent to $12.7 million. Analyst expected a loss of 5 cents a share on revenue fo $13.52 million.

Sonic Solutions (SNIC) rose 7.21 percent to $11.89 in the after-market session.

Brooks Automation Inc. (BRKS) jumped 7.15 percent to $7.94 in the after-hours trading. The company's adjusted profit for fourth quarter was $24.4 million or 38 cents a share, compared to a loss of $14 million or 22 cents a share last year. Revenue rose 183.4 percent to $181.6 million. Analysts had expected profit of 33 cents a share on revenue of $181.6 million.

Fuel-Tech, Inc. (FTEK) improved 7.02 percent to $7.01 in the after-market trading.

Prospect Capital Corp. (PSEC) grew 6.81 percent to $11.30 in the after-hours session.

Dendreon Corp. (DNDN) gained 5.83 percent to $36.86 in the after-market session. The company said it has submitted post-approval supplement to the Provenge Biologics License Application for the Morris Plains, New Jersey manufacturing facility.

FiberTower Corp. (FTWR) increased 4.36 percent to $4.79 in the after-hours trading.
