Emulex Corp. (NYSE:ELX) shares climbed 7.17 percent to $7.09 in post market trading session. The company stock plunged more than 6 percent in regular trading session after Broadcom Corp. announced Monday that the United States District Court for the Central District of California has found ELX infringed two Broadcom patents: U.S. Patent Nos. 7,058,150 and 7,471,691.
Sprint Nextel Corp. (NYSE:S) shares surged 6.02 percent to $2.29 in aftermarket trading session. The company accused Time Warner Cable, Comcast Corp. and two other cable-TV companies of infringing patents related to transmitting phone calls over digital lines, Bloomberg reported.
Skilled Healthcare Group, Inc. (NYSE:SKH) shares surged 5.74 percent to $5.34 in aftermarket trading session. The company stock plunged more than 4 percent in regular trading session.
Radioshack Corp. (NYSE:RSH) shares gained 5.52 percent to $9.7 in post market trading session. The stock has a 52-week low of $9.22, a 52-week high of $18.90 and $921.50 million in market capitalization.
