Kosmos Energy Ltd. (KOS) shares climbed 35.62 percent to $19.00 in aftermarket trading session. The company announced that it had acquired the participating interest of Sabre Oil & Gas Holdings Ltd. in the Deepwater Tano Block, offshore Ghana.
Endeavor International Corp. (END) shares climbed 7.61 percent to $12.45 in post market trading session. The company stock slumped more than 9 percent in regular trading after reporting fourth quarter earnings. Endeavor swung to fourth quarter net loss of $45.1 million or $1.15 per share compared to $82.26 million or $2.37 per share in the same quarter a year-ago.
Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc. (CCO) shares surged 6.58 percent to $14.10 in aftermarket trading session. The company announced the pricing of the $275 million aggregate principal amount of 7.625 percent Series A Senior Subordinated Notes due 2020 and $1,925 million aggregate principal amount of 7.625 percent Series B Senior Subordinated Notes due 2020 offered by its indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary, Clear Channel Worldwide Holdings, Inc.
FXCM Inc. (FXCM) shares surged 5.71 percent to $10.00 in aftermarket trading session. The company announced that its fourth quarter revenues to be around $105.2 million, up 9 percent compared to the same period in 2010. FXCM will announce the fourth quarter and full year 2011 results on March 14, 2012 before the opening bell.
