LSI Logic Corp. (NYSE:LSI) shares surged 6.92 percent to $7.57 in aftermarket trading session. The company reported fourth quarter adjusted net income of $60 million or $0.10 per share compared to $90 million or $0.14 per share in the same period last year and against analysts' estimation of $0.10 per share.
