Kansas City Southern (NYSE:KSU) shares plunged 4.11 percent to $69.35 in aftermarket trading session. Its fourth quarter adjusted net income rose to $1.01 per share from $0.62 per share in the same quarter last year. Revenues rose to $530.3 million compared to $478.6 million in the same quarter a year ago. Analysts expected the company to report net income of $0.79 per share on revenue of $549.7 million for the fourth quarter.
Hyperdynamics Corp. (NYSE:HDY) shares declined 3.72 percent to $3.28 in aftermarket trading session. The stock has a 52-week low of $2.01, a 52-week high of $7.15 and $533.47 million in market capitalization.
Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Inc. (NYSE:MSO) shares declined 3.49 percent to $4.15 in post market trading session.
Community Bank System Inc. (NYSE:CBU) shares declined 3.39 percent to $27.40 in aftermarket trading session. CBU announced on Monday that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 1,852,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $27.00 per share for gross proceeds of approximately $50.0 million.
CSX Corp. (NYSE:CSX) shares declined 3 percent to $22.01 in aftermarket trading session as its fourth quarter earnings fell short of expectations. Fourth quarter net income rose to $457 million or $0.43 per share from $430 million or $0.38 per share in the same quarter a year earlier. Revenue rose to $2.95 billion from $2.81 billion last year. Analysts expected the company to report net income of $0.44 per share on revenue of $2.99 billion for the fourth quarter.
EnCana Corp. (NYSE:ECA) shares declined 2.7 percent to $18.37 in aftermarket trading session. The company stock surged 8 percent in regular trading session.
Helmerich & Payne Inc. (NYSE:HP) shares declined 2.66 percent to $58.78 in aftermarket trading session. The stock has a 52-week low of $35.58, a 52-week high of $73.40 and $6.47 billion in market capitalization.
