Gainers

Alliance One International Inc. (AOI) shares climbed 5.17 percent to $3.46 in post-market trading.

AU Optronics Corp. (AUO) shares surged 3.95 percent to $3.95 in post-market trading. The company announced Monday that it had been named to Dow Jones Sustainability World Index (DJSI World) and also had headed the Computer Hardware & Electronic Office Equipment (THQ) sector of DJSI World for three consecutive years.

Dole Food Co, Inc. (DOLE) shares surged 3.65 percent to $14.20 in pot-market trading. The company announced Monday that it had signed a definitive agreement with ITOCHU Corporation for the sale of Dole's worldwide packaged foods and Asia fresh produce businesses for $1.685 billion in cash.

Tenet Healthcare Corp. (THC) shares gained 3.21 percent to $6.10 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $3.46, a 52-week high of $6.10 and $2.46 billion in market capitalization.

KKR Financial Holdings LLC (KFN) advanced 3.17 percent to $10.42 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $6.68, a 52-week high of $10.24 and $1.80 billion in market capitalization.

Losers

HNI Corp. (HNI) shares slumped 12.02 percent to $27.00 in post-market trading after the company lowered its third quarter earnings guidance. The company currently expects the third quarter net profit to be $0.55 per share, down from its prior estimate of $0.65 to $0.70 per share and also fell short of Reuters' estimate of $0.67 per share.

Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD) shares plunged 7.48 percent to $3.71 in post-market trading. AMD announced Monday that its senior vice president and chief financial officer Thomas Seifert was resigning to pursue other opportunities.

Steelcase Inc. (SCS) shares declined 2.11 percent to $9.75 in post-market trading after plunging more than 5 percent in regular trading.

ExactTarget, Inc. (ET) shares fell 1.32 percent to $24.54 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $18.53, a 52-week high of $29.88 and $1.64 billion in market capitalization.

K12 Inc. (LRN) shares fell 1.29 percent to $20.73 in post-market trading.
