Gainers
BPZ Resources, Inc. (BPZ) shares climbed 22.35 percent to $3.12 in pre-market trading. The company announced Monday that Gordon Gray, a member of the Board of Directors of BPZ has decided to resign from the Board and from all positions with the company's subsidiaries for personal reasons, effective June 27, 2012.
Endeavor International Corp. (END) shares surged 6.51 percent to $9.00 in post market trading.
InvenSense, Inc. (INVN) shares surged 3.64 percent to $11.38 in pre-market trading. The company stock declined nearly 3 percent in regular trading.
Radian Group Inc. (RDN) shares advanced 2.65 percent in post-market trading after gaining 3 percent in regular trading.

Boise Inc. (BZ) shares declined 2.7 percent to $6.73 in post-market trading.
Phillips 66 (PSX) shares fell 2.32 percent in regular trading. The company stock gained more than 2 percent in regular trading after it was upgraded to buy rating from hold at Deutsche Bank.
