Rosetta Stone Inc. (NYSE:RST) shares surged 5.79 percent to $12.25 in post-market trading. The company swung to fourth quarter net profit of $0.19 per share compared to net loss of $0.24 per share in the same period last year. Adjusted profit was $0.15 per share compared to loss of $0.17 per share last year and in line with analysts’ estimation of $0.15 per share.
Salesforce.com, Inc. (NYSE:CRM) shares surged 4.80 percent to $177.35 in post-market trading. Its fourth quarter net loss widened to $20.8 million or $0.14 per share from $4 million or $0.03 per share in the same period last year. Adjusted profit was $77.7 million or $0.51 per share, up from $61.6 million or $0.43 per share last year and also topped Reuters estimation of $0.40 per share.
Gap, Inc. (NYSE:GPS) shares advanced 2.83 percent to $33.85 in post-market trading. The company reported fourth quarter net profit of $351 million or $0.73 per share, up from $218 million or $0.44 per share in the same period last year.
Global Geophysical Services, Inc. (NYSE:GGS) shares rose 2.56 percent to $2.40 in post-market trading. The company announced Thursday that it has completed the first phase of its Multi Client program, the Parnaiba InSight 2D project in northeast Brazil.
Losers
Atlantic Power Corp. (NYSE:AT) shares tumbled 23.77 percent to $7.60 in post-market trading. Its fourth quarter net loss widened to $57.9 million or $0.50 per share from $27.8 million or $0.27 per share in the same period last year and also widely missed Reuters estimation for a loss of $0.05 per share.
Youku Tudou Inc. (NYSE:YOKU) shares slumped 11.48 percent to $18.05 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $13.82, a 52-week high of $32.75 and $3.33 billion in market capitalization
McDermott International, Inc. (NYSE:MDR) shares plunged 5.90 percent to $11.97 in post-market trading. The company swung to fourth quarter net profit of $40.54 million or $0.17 per share compared to net loss of $9.97 million or $0.04 per share in the same quarter last year but fell short of analysts’ estimation of $0.23 per share.
CommonWealth REIT (NYSE:CWH) shares plunged 4.99 percent to $23.99 in post-market trading. The company stock climbed more than 12 percent in regular trading.
Sandridge Energy Inc. (NYSE:SD) shares fell 4.39 percent to $5.45 in post-market trading. Its fourth quarter net loss narrowed to $301.79 million or $0.63 per share from $388.60 million or $0.97 per share in the same period last year.
