iStar Financial Inc. (NYSE:SFI) shares advanced 4.59 percent to $9.35 in post market trading session. The company announced on Wednesday that it has engaged J.P. Morgan to arrange up to $3.0 billion in new senior secured credit facilities, the proceeds of which would be used to refinance the Company's secured loan facilities due to mature in June 2011 and 2012, as well as repay a portion of the Company's unsecured debt maturing in 2011.
Calgon Carbon Corp. (NYSE:CCC) shares advanced 4.12 percent to $14.15 in aftermarket trading session. The company reported fourth quarter net income of $12.5 million or $0.22 per share compared to $13.2 million or $0.23 per share in the same quarter a year-ago. Net sales rose to $131.5 million from $110.7 million of 2009.
K-V Pharmaceutical Co. (NYSE:KV.A) shares advanced 4.03 percent to $7.75 in aftermarket trading session.
Losers
American Equity Investment Life Holding Co. (NYSE:AEL) shares plunged 16.98 percent to $11.00 in aftermarket trading session. Its fourth quarter net income plunged to $9.04 million or $0.14 per share from $36.02 million or $0.60 per share in the same period last year.
St. Joe Co. (NYSE:JOE) shares slumped 13.51 percent to $23.81 in post market trading session after the company said it would delay the release of its fourth quarter and fiscal-year results.
