Brookdale Senior Living Inc. (NYSE:BKD) shares gained 5.2 percent to $15.77 in post market trading session. The company stock declined more than 4.95 percent in regular trading session after Stifel Nicolaus downgraded shares of BKD to “hold” from “buy” rating.
