SeaCube Container Leasing Ltd. (NYSE:BOX) shares climbed 11.87 percent to $22.71 in post-market trading. Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan and SeaCube Container Leasing announced Friday that they had entered into an agreement by which Teachers' would acquire 100 percent of the shares of SeaCube.

Krispy Kreme Doughnuts (NYSE:KKD) shares gained 2.07 percent to $12.33 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $5.86, a 52-week high of $12.10 and $787.90 million in market capitalization.

France Telecom S.A. (NYSE:FTE) shares advanced 2.07 percent to $12.33 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $10.20, a 52-week high of $15.87 and $31.78 billion in market capitalization.

Harbinger Group Inc. (NYSE:HRG) shares gained 1.68 percent to $7.85 in post-market trading. The company announced Friday that it would report its first quarter earnings and host a live conference call and webcast Wednesday, Feb. 6.

PBF Energy Inc. (NYSE:PBF) shares rose 1.52 percent to $28.93 in post-market trading. The company stock plunged more than 3 percent in regular trading.

Corrections Corp of America (NYSE:CXW) shares plunged 3.54 percent to $36.74 in post-market trading. The company stock surged more than 3.5 percent in regular trading.

Alpine Global Dynamic Dividend Fund (NYSE:AGD) shares plunged 3.20 percent to $5.45 in post-market trading. The Board of Trustees of the Alpine Total Dynamic and the Alpine Global Dynamic Dividend Fund Friday announced reductions in the regular monthly distributions of each of the funds for the month of February.

Air Lease Corp. (NYSE:AL) shares fell 2.94 percent to $22.75 in post-market trading. The company stock surged more than 3 percent tin regular trading Friday after it was upgraded to an “outperform” rating from a “neutral” rating at Zacks.

Parker Drilling Co. (NYSE:PKD) shares declined 1.74 percent to $5.53 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $3.61, a 52-week high of $7.19 and $665.87 million in market capitalization.

Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE:CAT) shares declined 1.61 percent to $96.05 in post-market trading. The company announced Friday that an internal investigation of its recently acquired company, ERA Mining Machinery Limited (ERA), including its wholly owned subsidiary Zhengzhou Siwei Mechanical & Electrical Manufacturing Co. Ltd., had uncovered deliberate and coordinated accounting misconduct concealed at Siwei, located in Zhengzhou, China. This deliberate misconduct at Siwei would result in a non-cash goodwill impairment charge of approximately $580 million, or $0.87 per share, in the fourth quarter of 2012.
