The company announced that its Board of Directors had declared a cash dividend of $0.85 per share for the third quarter of 2012 payable on October 25, 2012 to common shareholders of record as of October 1, 2012.

Michael Kors Holdings Ltd. (KORS) shares surged 3.45 percent to $54.30 in post-market trading after the company raised its full-year earnings outlook. The company currently expects fiscal 2013 earnings s to be in a range of $1.39 to $1.41 per share, up from its previous estimation of $1.32 to $1.34 per share and also topped analysts’ estimation of $1.37 per share.
