Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (TEVA) shares climbed 6.68 percent to $38.01 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $35.00, a 52-week high of $49.72 and $35.80 billion in market capitalization.

Lloyds Banking Group Plc. (LYG) shares surged 6.22 percent to $2.05 in post-market trading. The bank announced Friday that it expected no material effect from one notch downgrade by Moody's.

Thompson Creek Metals Company Inc. (TC) shares gained 2.18 percent to $3.28 in post-market trading.
