Radioshack Corp. (NYSE:RSH) shares surged 8.95 percent to $10.96 in post market trading session on Wednesday. The company stock was upgraded to “equal weight” rating from “underweight” rating at Barclays.
Bridgepoint Education Inc. (NYSE:BPI) shares surged 5.28 percent to $26.11 in aftermarket trading session. The company stock plunged more than 5 percent in regular trading session.
Webster Financial Corp. (NYSE:WBS) shares surged 4.8 percent to $22.03 in post market trading session. The stock has a 52-week low of $14.34, a 52-week high of $23.73 and $1.87 billion in market capitalization.
Kosmos Energy Ltd. (NYSE:KOS) shares advanced 4.4 percent to $14.01 in aftermarket trading session. The company announced on Wednesday that the Ntomme-2A appraisal well, located in the Deepwater Tano Block offshore Ghana, has successfully encountered significant quantities of light oil.

Seacor Holdings Inc. (NYSE:CKH) shares gained 2.89 percent to $91.07 in aftermarket trading session. The company announced that its Board of Directors has increased its authorization for repurchases of SEACOR's common stock for a total authorized expenditure of up to $150 million for the purchase of such securities from the $41.8 million remaining under the Board's authorization for repurchases approved on Feb. 18, 2010.
