VOC Energy Trust (NYSE:VOC) shares slumped 9.43 percent to $22.10 in post market trading session. VOC announced a Trust distribution, which relates to net profits generated during the payment period ended December 31, 2011.Unitholders of record on January 30, 2012 will receive a distribution amounting to $7,480,000 or $0.44 per unit payable February 14, 2012.
Cushing MLP Total Return Fund (NYSE:SRV) shares plunged 8.96 percent to $8.64 in aftermarket trading session. The stock has a 52-week low of $8.01, a 52-week high of $11.14 and $312.47 million in market capitalization.
MBIA, Inc. (NYSE:MBI) shares plunged 7.13 percent to $11.46 in aftermarket trading session. The stock has a 52-week low of $5.99, a 52-week high of $13.50 and $2.39 billion in market capitalization.
UBS AG (NYSE:UBS) shares declined 5.44 percent to $12.77 in aftermarket trading session. The company stock surged nearly 7 percent in regular trading session.
First Horizon National Corp. (NYSE:FHN) shares declined 4.91 percent to $8.33 in post market trading session.
Capital One Financial Corp. (NYSE:COF) shares declined 4.45 percent to $46.60 in post market trading session. The company reported fourth quarter net income of $407 million or $0.88 per share, down from $697 million or $1.52 per share in the same quarter a year-ago.
Vaalco Energy Inc. (NYSE:EGY) shares declined 4.13 percent to $6.03 in post market trading session.
