Making choices among Halloween costume ideas in a recent poll conducted by online film ticket-seller Fandango.com, about 45 percent of female respondents voted for the Pregnant Bella costume, while about 48 percent of male respondents voted for the Capt. Jack Sparrow costume.

Pregnant Bella, a character in the forthcoming film, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn -- Part 1, was followed by costumes of famous Hollywood film characters: Hermione Granger and Bellatrix LeStrange of the “Harry Potter” movie series, Smurfette of “The Smurfs,” Lisbeth Salander from The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo, and Angelica of Pirates of the Caribbean.”

Apparently, characters from the Pirates of the Caribbean and the Harry Potter film series continue to be Halloween favorites and refuse to fade from people’s memories.
