Moderate Earthquake Jolts New Delhi and North India, No Casualties Reported

A 4.9 magnitude earthquake jolted the Indian capital Delhi and the nearby towns on Monday afternoon 1.11 pm (07:41GMT) local time.The tremors felt for more than 10 seconds had its epicenter in Bahadurgarh, a town that borders New Delhi and state of Haryana, according to the Indian Meteorological Department (MeT).
