Tori Spelling Gives Update On Fifth Pregnancy Without Dean McDermott, Gushes Over Baby Bump
Former “90210” star Tori Spelling opened up about her fifth pregnancy when she debuted her baby bump at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDs Foundation “A Time For Heroes” family festival Sunday. It was the first time she showed off her burgeoning belly since she announced her pregnancy.
Spelling, 43, gushed about her bump. “It's my fashion accessory of the season!” she told Entertainment Tonight Online during her red carpet appearance Sunday. The actress brought along her four children, but husband Dean McDermott was absent. He’s currently filming a movie.
Since a fifth child was a surprise for the duo, they also want to be surprised about the baby’s gender. Currently, they have two girls and two boys: Liam, 9, Stella, 8, Hattie, 5 and Finn, 4. “We did find out with the first two, didn’t find out with the second two – huge, amazing surprises,” she said. “The kids are old enough now they kind of want to find out, you know. We've taken a family vote so at some point we might find out but not yet.”
Her last pregnancy, with son Finn, wasn’t easy because of a “health condition,” but Spelling and the baby were checked out by doctors and the problem “doesn’t exist this time pregnancy,” she said.
Spelling confirmed she was pregnant for a fifth time Oct. 5. "'It was a total surprise. But we always wanted a big family. I’m really excited,” she told People Magazine at the time. “For the first time this year, they’re all in school. So it’s like, wow. We’re basically starting over.” She added: “Dean was saying, ‘We just got Finn out of diapers; I thought we were in the clear!’”
McDermott, 49, has an 18-year-old son, Jack, from a previous marriage to Mary Jo Eustace.
