Tori Spelling Opens Up About Marriage, Having More Kids Despite Financial Crisis
Tori Spelling is not that worried about the financial crisis currently plaguing their family.
On Saturday, Tori stepped out with her four children for the "Leap!" premiere at the Grove in Los Angeles, where Entertainment Tonight caught up with her for an update on her life. During the interview, she discussed her family and relationship with husband Dean McDermott, which is apparently "stronger than ever."
"I think we just bond on such a level with kids," the "Beverly Hills, 90210" alum told ET of her husband. "With communication and making ourselves aware not to forget ourselves and each other in the chaos. I think that's super important."
Spelling also added that things have become more difficult for her and McDermott after they welcomed their newborn. But they treasure every moment with their kids because they grow up so fast. When they go to bed, they are both very exhausted, but they still find time to snuggle together and talk about what happened during the day.
Spelling and McDermott welcomed their fifth child in March. The celebrity mom admitted that having five children is chaotic, but when asked if she is open to having more kids, Spelling said, "Never say never."
She also opened up about how their family has been after welcoming a new member. "You know what? I didn't think it would be that much more chaotic [with a fifth kid], but now that he's becoming mobile and wants to be a part of everything, it's getting a little more," Spelling explained. "I'm definitely way outnumbered. I always am like, 'I can do it, I can do everything.' And then I'm like, 'Oh my gosh, Dean. I need help. Like, someone carry the baby.' It's hard."
Although Spelling and McDermott's relationship is going strong, their finances have not improved. In July, the couple made headlines after throwing a lavish birthday bash for daughter Stella despite their financial woes.
According to E! News, Spelling and McDermott still owes City National Bank $220,000 after failing to pay a $400,00 loan they filed in 2010. In addition to this, the State of California fined them for unpaid state taxes worth $259,108. American Express also sued Spelling for an unpaid balance for one of her platinum credit cards.
