'Total War: Rome 2' Bug Fix, Graphics Improvement Guide
In light of all the bugs that "Total War: Rome 2" and its players have experienced since the game's release on September 3, developer Creative Assembly has put together a thread that links to various bug fix forum pages.
Each page contains possible bug fixes for various "Total War: Rome 2" problems, including graphics issues, installation problems, issues with the "Total War: Rome 2" single player campaign and much more. In the thread, Creative Assembly links to each individual section that addresses each problem.

Note that none of the fixes offered within these forum threads are guaranteed to fix the specific bug or issue you've been experiencing with "Total War: Rome 2". However, it might be best to give any of these fixes a shot as opposed to sitting around and waiting for "Total War: Rome 2" Patch 2 to be released. While Creative Assembly has stated that "Total War: Rome 2" Patch 2 will be significant in scope and size, they also announced today that "Total War: Rome 2" Patch 2 won't be released until early next week. Considering that this is the second time that "Total War: Rome 2" Patch 2 has been delayed, it may behoove you to give these bug fixes a try to see if they improve your "Total War: Rome 2" performance.
You can also contribute to the "Total War: Rome 2" bug fix process by commenting in these "Total War: Forum 2" threads and using the Direct X Diagnostic Tool, or DxDiag. When you post a comment or create a thread, you should include the reports that DxDiag spits out, which Creative Assembly will then try to use in the "Total War: Rome 2" bug fixing process. Note that DxDiag is built directly into Windows 7 and Windows 8.
