Track & Field Finals: Watch Live Steam Online Of Usain Bolt In 200m and Men’s 800m Race
Usain Bolt is set to make history.
The Jamaican sprinter is looking to win the gold medal in the men's track & field 200m race at the 2012 Olympics. He already finished in first in the men's 100m, and would become the first ever runner to win both events at two straight Games.
The 200m is set to begin at 3:55 p.m. ET, but won't air on NBC until primetime. You can still watch a live stream of the event online by clicking here.
Bolt set the world record in 2009 in the 200m with a time of 19.19. He cruised to a first place finish in his heat with a time of 20.18
According to Bovada, the online betting Web site, it would be a major upset if Bolt were to lose. He's 1/7 favorite to take home his fifth career gold medal.
His fellow Jamaican, Yohan Blake, has the best chance of pulling off the upset. Wallace Spearmon Jr. from the USA is the favorite to take home the bronze.
Before Bolt attempts set another record, the men's 800m final gets underway. The race begins at 3 p.m. ET and you can watch a live stream by clicking the link above.
Kenya's David Rudisha is even more of a heavy favorite than Bolt. Rudisha set the world record at 1:41.01 in 2010, and is a 1/14 favorite to win the gold.
Two Americans will compete in the race, but aren't expected to medal. Nick Symmonds and Duane Solomon will run for the U.S.
