Actor Tracy Morgan was rushed to a hospital at the Sundance Film Festival after falling unconscious at an award ceremony, TMZ reported. The 30 Rock star was being honored at the Creative Coalition Spotlight Awards in Park City, Utah.

Earlier reports said that Morgan was intoxicated and was escorted out of the building after his speech, but fell unconscious while outside.

But Amy Roberts, a spokeswoman for Park City Medical Center, told TMZ that no drugs or alcohol were found in the actor's system. His rep, Lewis Kay, also released issued a statement to TMZ noting that Morgan is seeking medical attention because of a combination of exhaustion and altitude.

He is with his fiance and grateful to the Park City Medical Center for their care. Any reports of Tracy consuming alcohol are 100% false, Kay stated.

Things have been quite difficult for Morgan lately. He had to get a kidney transplant in December 2010. The actor later said in a stand-up routine that Gays need to quit being p****** and not be whining about something as insignificant as bullying.

Morgan had also said that if his son was gay and talked to him in a high, gay voice he would pull out a knife and stab that little n***** to death.

He has come under fire for those comments.
