Trevor Noah To Host 'The Daily Show' After Jon Stewart Steps Down
Comedy Central was expected to announce Monday that 31-year-old Trevor Noah, a correspondent on "The Daily Show," will take over hosting duties when Jon Stewart steps down, the New York Times reported. He's been on the show since December, according to Entertainment Weekly.
“I’m thrilled for the show and for Trevor,” Stewart said in a statement. “He’s a tremendous comic and talent that we’ve loved working with.”
