True Blood fans are anxiously awaiting the return of the hit show to HBO on June 10, but until then they have a new full-length trailer to give them a taste of Season 5.

This season welcomes former Law and Order: SVU star, Chris Meloni, as an elder vampire. The trailer hints at a lot of blood and drama which will be sure to keep viewers on the edge of their seats.

True Blood takes place in Bon Temps, La., where humans and vampires are able to coexist because of the invention of synthetic blood (aka True Blood). However, it has hardly been a seamless integration.

The show's romantic lead-- and real-life husband and wife, Anna Paquain (Sookie) and Stephen Moyer (Bill) -- are expecting their first child together in the fall.

True Blood airs Sundays at 9 pm on HBO.
