Truth About Angelina Jolie Jealous Of Alia Shawkat For Dating Brad Pitt
Angelina Jolie is not jealous of Alia Shawkat dating Brad Pitt despite claims.
Pitt and Jolie have been separated since 2016. However, their divorce is still not yet finalized.
The National Enquirer published a report claiming that Jolie was “jealous” and “taking cheap shots“ at the “Arrested Development” star. Jolie reportedly did not mince words and said that Alia was “plain and ordinary looking.”
The unnamed source added that the “Maleficent” star is critical of her ex-husband dating other women while they are still settling their divorce and custody issues. The unknown insider added that Jolie won’t make it easy on anyone that Pitt dates.
However, one should take the report with a grain of salt for various reasons. First, Pitt and Shawkat are not dating.
An insider told People that the “Ad Astra” actor was keen on keeping his friends as friends. Although he was spotted out and about with Shawkat at Kanye West’s “Nebuchadnezzar” concert at the Hollywood Bowl and in a Los Angeles art exhibit, there is actually nothing romantic between the two.
Second, this isn’t the first time Jolie was falsely linked to Pitt and Shawkat’s rumored romance. NW also claimed earlier that Jolie was livid that Pitt was dating again because they reportedly had an agreement that he would tell her if he has a new girlfriend. The “Salt” star allegedly threatened her ex that she would leave the country with their children. However, the report was not true and there was no proof that Jolie was taking their kids abroad.
In related news, Pitt confessed that he became more emotional after his split from Jolie. The actor said that he was not the type who easily cries, but that changed. According to him, his kids, friends and even the news could now move him easily and for him it was a good sign.
Pitt also recognized the fact that he is a human who wants purpose and meaning in his life. He added that one can attain that by staying creative and being with the people they love.
