Angelina Jolie may be in the process of divorcing Brad Pitt but that doesn’t mean she is already planning out her next marriage. A new article is claiming the “Maleficent 2” star is on the hunt for a husband amid the custody battle with her estranged spouse.

Since filing for divorce from Pitt in 2016, there hasn’t been much news about Jolie’s love life, whereas Pitt has been linked to rumored girlfriends Neri Oxman and Sat Hari Khalsa.

Following those dating rumors, a new report surfaced suggesting Jolie is eager to end her single status and enter into another permanent relationship once her divorce is finalized.

The story, which was published in Heat, detailed the account of an alleged confidante, who claimed Jolie has been using her Hollywood connections to round up a pool of “potential suitors.”

“She knows a lot of people in the industry who are as good at matchmaking as they are at producing films, and she’s put the word out,” the “source,” told the magazine.

The “insider” went on to imply Jolie has healed from her break up with Pitt and misses having a companion. “She hasn’t felt a real spark in ages and she misses it. She’d like someone who can match her intellect, but most importantly, she needs a physical connection.”

However, a Jolie source told Gossip Cop the story by Heat is fabricated. The insider insisted the 43-year-old’s main priorities are her career and six kids.

Earlier this year, E! News reported the actress was “not dating” anyone following her split from Pitt. “She’s very focused on her kids and doesn’t have a lot going on outside of that. She has had a few business meetings with men, but they were not dates,” a source explained.

While Pitt is said to be “casually dating,” he has not entered into a serious relationship. “He has been on a few dates but nothing serious. It’s complicated for him to date and not a huge priority in his life,” an insider revealed.

Although Jolie and Pitt are living separate lives as they work towards a custody and divorce agreement, they remain focused on their children.
