Truth About Jennifer Aniston ’Dreading’ Lonely Award Season After Justin Theroux Split

With the 2019 Golden Globes officially kicking off the beginning of award season, a new report is claiming Jennifer Aniston is “dreading” the idea of walking red carpets alone following her split from Justin Theroux.

Aniston and Theroux released a statement addressing their separation in early 2018. Since then, the estranged couple has kept their distance from each other and has not confirmed whether they plan to move forward with a divorce.

Almost a year after their split announcement, Life & Style published a report claiming the “Friend’s” alum is not looking forward to showing up to red carpets solo amid her break up and has asked her famous pals to be her dates to events.

“Jen knows that whomever she chooses, the gossip will be relentless, but she says she’s actually ok with that,” an alleged source told the tabloid.

Although the supposed confidant implies Aniston “is dreading the thought of walking the red carpet alone,” the actress is allegedly convinced people will talk about her either way and believes she might as well “give them something to talk about!”

Rumors of Aniston’s search for a date comes following her ELLE interview, in which the actress revealed she doesn’t “feel a void” following her splits with Brad Pitt and Theroux.

While Aniston hasn’t hit the red carpet of an award show just yet, she has walked the red carpet of her Netflix film “Dumplin’” alone. Despite the rumors, the star has not acknowledged the report suggesting she is looking for a date during award season.
