Katie Holmes shocked numerous fans when she filed for divorce from Tom Cruise on June 29, 2012. However, there have been speculations claiming that Katie and Tom met up during the holidays for Suri Cruise. The “Top Gun” actor, as per Star Magazine, reportedly, reached out to his former ladylove and asked her to let their 13-year-old daughter spend the holidays with him. Tom and Suri, reportedly, have not seen each other for more than six years already.

“So naturally Katie had some trepidation when she heard what Tom was asking for. But how could she possibly stand in the way of them seeing each other again?” a source told the publication. “Despite everything Katie and Tom have been through her main priority has always been Suri’s happiness. Though it would be nice seeing Tom Cruise and Suri getting reunited again, it remains unclear if the father-and-daughter tandem really spent quality time together during the holidays. Aside from the lack of evidence to prove the alleged reunion, a representative for Katie Holmes, previously, denied the said meet-up. Despite this, close pals of the ex-pair are positive that Suri will “accept” Tom when the right time comes.
