Micro-blogging site Twitter has announced Chirp, their first Twitter developer conference that will take place later this year.

Chirp will be keynoted by Twitter’s leadership, including co-founders Biz Stone and Evan Williams.

The conference will be held at the Palace of Fine Arts Theatre in San Francisco, CA, on April 14 and 15.
