Twitter Says Billie Eilish's British Vogue Cover Has Marilyn Monroe Vibes

Billie Eilish's sexy and blonde look on the British Vogue magazine cover surprised many, and many said it gives off Marilyn Monroe vibes.

Many were surprised but pleased after seeing the "Lovely" singer wearing lingerie and rocking blonde hair on the cover of the British Vogue magazine for its June 2021 issue. Several even said that the picture reminded them of "The Prince and the Showgirl" star.

"Can we talk about how Billie Eilish is serving Marilyn Monroe looks for british vogue," another wrote while sharing a side-by-side photo of Monroe and Eilish.

"Billie Eilish’s vogue shoot is giving so much Marilyn Monroe vibes and im living for it," a third user added.

"Was getting Marilyn Monroe vibes from Billie Eilish Vogue photoshoot," a different user wrote.

"Wow...British Vogue always delivers great covers like this one, Billie is in her Marilyn Monroe era," a fifth netizen added.

Eilish shared several pictures from the photoshoot on her Instagram account, and they were flooded with praises by her followers and supporters. Many of them approved of the 19-year-old Grammy winner's transformation on the cover.

"U really stepping out," one commented on one of the photos.

"Someone needs to go round collecting people’s jaws from the floor," another wrote on the picture of Eilish showing off her legs while kneeling on the floor.

"A goddess," Loren Brovarnik wrote with a clapping emoji on the same photo.

In another post, Eilish is leaning on a high-chair wearing all-black lingerie and many praised the picture because she looked gorgeous in it.

"This is so beautiful," Portuguese model and actress Sara Sampaio commented.

"SHEEESH," Hailey Bieber wrote with a smiling face with heart-eyes emoji.

It was Eilish's idea to rock a new look for the cover. She was apprehensive to do it at first because she had "literally never done anything" like it before. However, when she did, she was happy and satisfied with it saying, "I feel more like a woman, somehow."
