Twitter Wants Prince Harry, Meghan Markle's Royal Titles Removed After Podcast Interview

Twitter users want Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's royal titles to be removed after his podcast interview.

Last week, the Duke of Sussex appeared on Dax Shepard's "Armchair Expert" podcast where he opened up about his family once again. Many didn't like his statement when he said he wants to raise his son, Archie, differently because his words appeared to criticize his father Prince Charles and the Queen and Prince Philip's parenting. So, the netizens took to Twitter and asked for the removal of the Sussexes' royal titles.

"Definitely strip them of titles. After the wimphry [sic] interview maybe but after Harry's last blast definitely. Meghan wanted out but still uses her title on her new children's book. Why?" one netizen tweeted.

"The Royals have to do something and quickly, take the title from him, force him to hand over the title. No more going to the TV to wash dirty clothes when they Meghan and Harry were never an example for anyone," another user added.

"Poor man. Please cut off prince Harry and his puppet master Meghan markle today. They no longer have any credibility and is in desperate mode to destroy the monarchy and the queen out of spite while selling his title. Cancel harry #megxit," a third user wrote.

Meanwhile, many said Prince Harry's title as a "prince" cannot be removed because he was born a royal. Some also said it's okay to remove the titles because the royal couple is already a brand and they don't need any titles anymore. Others were fine with Prince Harry retaining his title but not his wife.

"Can't strip Harry of title of 'Prince' If Sussex titles were taken they would be Prince Harry and Princess Meghan. That would be worse," one commented.

"Harry's titles are his by birthright and I think should remain. However I dont think Meghan is entitled to any royal title whatsoever," a second user wrote.

"I think it’s too late. Even if titles are taken away they have become a brand. People know them as a duo and would accept them without a title as simply Harry and Meghan. But they were certainly helped by their Royal titles," a third user added.
