As Russia continues to occupy Crimea, Ukraine's debt to Russia haunts its financial markets and business climate with uncertainty.
"Business plans have been at a standstill and the volume of sales for many companies has been declining," Morgan Williams, president and CEO of the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council, told the International Business Times.
