Ulefone Be Touch 2 With $229.99 Global Pricing Carries High-End Specs
Be Touch 2 is the newest iteration from Ulefone, priced at $229. The feature-rich phablet can compete well some of the flagships from well-known brands.
The product page says the Ulefone Be Touch 2 comes with an IPS LTPS 5.5-inch screen that supports full HD resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels. The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass 3.
Under the hood of the Be Touch 2 lies the MediaTek MT6752 chipset that features a 64-bit octa-core processor. It delivers a processing performance of 1.7 GHz along Mali T760 MP2 graphics. The SoC is accompanied by 3 GB of LPDDR3 RAM.
The device has 16 GB of internal storage, expandable by adding a 64 GB microSD card in its external storage slot. The handset comes preloaded with Android 5.1 Lollipop and along with fingerprint sensor embedded under the Home button, it offers robust security.
The camera on the backside on the device is a 13 megapixel Sony IMX214 sensor. On the front, the handset features 5 MP OmniVision OV5648 camera.
The Be Touch 2 is a dual-SIM handset that supports connectivity features such as dual-band Wi-Fi, 4G LTE, 3G, v4.0 Bluetooth, GPS, microUSB, and USB OTG. The device measures 158.1-by-77.4-by-8.6 mm (6.2-by-3-by-0.3 inches) and its weights is 160 grams (5.6 ounces) with the battery included. It is available in color variants such metal grey and silk white.

The Chinese company intends to launch as many ROMs as possible
