“Queen of the South,” an adaptation of the Telemundo telenovela “La Reina del Sur,” airs its Season 4 finale on USA Network tonight, and with promos teasing major twists and turns, fans will probably be begging for a Season 5 once the episode is over.

The question then is: Will they get one?

USA knew fans would want a decision ASAP, so they made their choice earlier today. The network decided on Thursday to renew the crime drama for Season 5, according to TV Line, meaning tonight’s episode will not double as the show’s series finale.

The show currently has a 0.29 rating in the 18-49 demographic and an average of 0.911 million viewers per episode, according to TV Series Finale, which, while worse than Season 3’s ratings (0.37 in the demo and 1.132 million average viewers per week), is better than how “Suits,” which ends after its current season, and “Pearson,” the “Suits” spinoff that only just started, are doing this summer.

USA might have chosen to renew “Queen of the South” for Season 5 because it already has a couple of shows coming to an end — “Suits” and “Mr. Robot” — and another show it might choose to cancel because of poor ratings — “Pearson.”

Plus, the ratings for “Queen of the South” are still relatively good for the network, and its audience over four seasons hasn’t dropped too much.

While fans wait for Season 5’s likely 2020 release, the Season 4 finale (titled “Vienen Por Ti”) of “Queen of the South” is still left to air tonight. It finds Teresa (Alice Braga) trying to finish up a new business opportunity in order to bring down an enemy, but, of course, “an unexpected visitor arrives” as she’s trying to finalize everything, according to the synopsis.

“Queen of the South” Season 4, episode 13 airs on USA Network on Thursday at 10 p.m. EDT.
