An Amber Alert was issued by Utah authorities for a missing infant girl who was abducted from Clinton on Wednesday night.

Police identified the suspect as Taylor Cheylene Webb, a 25-year old woman. She is 5-feet, 5-inches tall and weighs around 130 pounds. She has long brown hair, blue eyes and wears glasses. Police also added that she has a tattoo that reads “Exhale The Negative, Inhale The Positive” on her collarbones.

The suspect was last seen in a grey zip-up jacket and black yoga pants with black and white Aviva shoes.

Audrey Westfall, the 3-week-old baby girl, is described as having brown hair, blue eyes and weighs 10 pounds. The police said she was taken in a black and grey baby carrier with a pink and green quilted blanket.

Authorities suspect the woman with the baby might be headed toward Nevada or California.

According to Clinton Police, Audrey was abducted from her grandmother’s home in Clinton. Webb is Audrey’s biological mother, however, she does not have custody over the infant girl.

Those with any information were requested to contact the Clinton Police Department at 801-451-4141.
