‘Vampire Diaries’ Actress Candice Accola-King Shares Heartwarming Family Photo With Husband Joe King
While “The Vampire Diaries” Season 8 is still on hiatus for the show’s midseason break, actress Candice Accola-King is busy with fulfilling her mom and wife duties to her family. The 29-year-old celebrity mom recently shared some snaps on Instagram to update her fans on the things she and her family have been up to amid the cold season of winter.
On Monday, Accola took to Instagram to upload a snap of her and her family as they as tread on snow. The pic was taken by Accola’s husband, musician Joe King, who is seen with his mouth agape while holding the camera. As for Accola, she is conspicuously walking behind her first baby, Florence May, who is warmly dressed and seated snugly in a stroller. Also featured in the snap are King’s two daughters from a previous relationship, Ava and Elise.
On the same day, the television actress uploaded a throwback pic of her being pregnant with baby Florence May in late December of last year. Accola stated in her post how she was clueless of the things that would transpire in 2016 then. However, she emphasized how the previous year taught her so much.
Obviously part of the learnings Accola mentioned in her post was motherhood. After giving birth to baby Florence May on Jan. 15 last year, the blonde beauty has become a hands-on mom and wife to the kids and her The Fray guitarist husband.
Baby Florence May is the first child of the couple, who tied the knot in October 2014. In 2015, Accola told People how her first baby was blessed by Pope Francis himself during the latter’s visit in the U.S. “My husband’s band got to perform for the event in Philadelphia on Saturday night. I was there just supporting him and them, and it was such an honor to have a moment with the pope,” she said at the time.
In a post she uploaded on Tuesday, Accola showed her fans how she and baby Florence May bonded despite the cold weather. In the snap, the new mother is seen leading the little sled of her daughter.
