Vanessa Hudgens, 'Spring Breakers' Star, Scared Of Her Threesome Scene With James Franco And Ashley Benson

Vanessa Hudgens is growing up fast.

The former Disney starlet is making her “big girl” debut in the upcoming flick, "Spring Breakers," where she engages in a steamy threesome with co-stars James Franco and Ashley Benson, MTV.com reports.

"The thing I was most scared of was the sex scene and the nudity issue behind all of it," Hudgens told MTV.com recently, regarding her hesitation toward the risque scene. "Because I was not down to show this [gestures to chest]."

The film, set to be released on March 15, follows four college girls who rob a restaurant to pay for their spring-break trip. They get bailed out of jail from a drug and arms dealer named Alien (not making this up) and wet ‘n wild adventures ensue.

The transition from her High School Musical days to acting in what Salon’s Andrew O’Hehir calls “a softcore ‘Girls Gone Wild’ spring-break special” isn’t lost on the 24-year-old.

"It was just kind of like, 'This is crazy! This is happening!' " she told MTV.com. "Hallelujah for Ashley, and the fact that it was a pool kind of made it a lot of fun,” she said.

Hudgens added that the film’s director, Harmony Korine, helped make the backyard pool ‘ménage à trois’ slightly less awkward.

"He's so supportive, and he let me know it was going to be OK, and at the end of the day, if there's something I don't like, we can snip it out of there,” she told MTV.com.
