Conor McGregor has found himself in hot water once again after a video emerged of the fighter punching an older man at a bar.

The video, first released by TMZ Sports, shows the former UFC featherweight and lightweight champion meeting up with friends at The Marble Arch Pub in Dublin, Ireland, back in April. McGregor asked for several cups as he intended to buy the patrons a round of his Proper Twelve whiskey. However, one patron wasn’t keen on the whiskey and put his cup back twice.

After downing a shot with some of the patrons that partook, McGregor then uncorked a left into the man’s head. McGregor was quickly grabbed by two patrons and took him outside while the man he punched recovered from the fighter’s famous left.

TMZ Sports also reached out to Dublin police, who had reportedly been investigating the incident. However, a representative revealed the investigation is ongoing and no arrests have been made.

But this isn’t anything new for the former two-division champion, who has found himself in hot water with the law and UFC repeatedly in the past.

One month before this altercation, McGregor was caught on video smashing a fan’s phone outside of a Miami nightclub. He was initially arrested on charges of robbery and criminal mischief, though the charges were eventually dropped and subsequently settled a civil suit with the victim.

Perhaps the most infamous incident was when he threw a dolly into a bus window in New York City ahead of UFC 223 in 2018. While McGregor did turn himself in, the charges were ultimately dropped as McGregor pleaded a no contest.
