VIDEO LeBron James Pregame Dunks: Miami Heat Forward Wows Home Crowd With Spectacular Dunks During Warm Ups
Maybe LeBron James just wants Miami Heat fans to show up early for games.
The three-time MVP has put together another stellar season for the East leading Heat, and has recently given fans a taste of his dunking abilities.
During warm-ups before Miami beat the Sacramento Kings Tuesday night for their 12th straight win, James unleashed a between the legs one-handed rim-rocker, with his head peaking just above the rim and fans went wild.
Though he’s never appeared in the NBA’s Slam Dunk contest during All-Star Weekend, the 28-year-old showed off an even more impressive slam last week.
Again during warm-ups, James spun at the top of the key, split the ball between his legs and off the backboard, then caught it with one hand and slammed it home.
It could be a sign that James is now having fun on the court after getting the proverbial championship monkey off his back last season. For the year, James is averaging 27.3 points, 8.1 rebounds, and 7.3 assists, and Miami is once again the favorite to capture the title.
The video for both dunks can be seen below.
