Sports fans are always known for donning wacky getups or face paint for games, but spectators at the 2014 FIFA World Cup go above and beyond to cheer on their favorite team.
Just a few days into the competition, enthusiastic fans from around the world have shown their spirit by donning their team colors, dressing in costumes, holding flags, and painting their faces and bodies.
But the competition extends beyond the field -- fans of each team appear to be trying to outdo one another for the craziest outfits. At the U.S.-Ghana match on Monday night, Ghana's fans may have been disappointed in their team's loss, but their colorful outfits commanded all the attention.
