Walmart Closes Stores As Hurricane Dorian Nears: What Locations Are Closed?

With Hurricane Dorian bearing down on the Florida coast, Walmart (WMT) is preparing itself for the impact of the storm by closing several stores in the region.

The retailer has announced that it has already closed 52 stores that could be impacted by the hurricane and is updating its website regularly with more information about additional locations affected.

Walmart said on its website that it is closing the stores for “the safety of our customers and associates.” The company also recommends checking its Facebook page for updates and hours of operation. The company currently has 513 stores open in the region.
