Washington Redskins vs. Minnesota Vikings: Where to Watch Live Stream Online, Prediction, Betting Odds
The Washington Redskins received a scare last week when Robert Griffin III left their game against the Falcons with a concussion.
The second pick of April’s draft has been one of the most impressive rookies in 2012. The rookie is tied for fourth among all quarterbacks with a 101 quarterback rating.
Fortunately for the Redskins, Griffin will suit up against the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday afternoon. The game is set to kick off at 4:25 p.m. ET at FedEx Field. It will be broadcast on FOX, but you can watch a live stream online by purchasing NFL Sunday Ticket Max.
Washington will try to win at home, where they haven’t had any success of late. The Redskins have lost eight straight games at home, and three straight in Washington to Minnesota.
The Vikings will look to continue to surprise the rest of the NFL. Minnesota was expected to finish the season in last place, but currently stands atop the NFC North at 4-1.
Second-year quarterback Christian Ponder has helped his team win games by making very few mistakes. Entering Week 6, he has just two interceptions. He’s 10th in the league with a 95.5 quarterback rating.
The biggest reason for the Vikings turnaround this season has been the play of their defense. They are sixth in the league, allowing just 15.8 points per game. Defensive end Jared Allen leads a unit that has 14 sacks.
Betting Line: Minnesota-1.5, 44
Prediction: The Vikings haven’t just beaten up on bad teams. They have multiple quality victories, defeating the Lions and 49ers. Griffin’s production has, somewhat, leveled off. Look for Minnesota to continue their hot play.
Predicted Score: Minnesota 23, Washington 17
