Watch Dogs 2: Release Date, Price, Gameplay And Trailers For Xbox One, PS4 And PC

Back in June, Ubisoft confirmed Watch Dogs 2 will be released on Xbox One, PS4 and PC on November 15, 2016. Ubisoft recently pushed back the PC launch of its action game Watch Dogs 2, saying the game developers needed more time to optimize its controls and presentation. Watch Dogs 2 for PC is now set for release at the end of November.

“Our team is committed to quality and delivering the best Watch Dogs experience possible,” Ubisoft explained in a recent community blog post. “Therefore, we have made the tough but necessary decision to move the launch date for the PC version of Watch Dogs 2 to November 29. With this extra time, we’ll be able to ensure that Watch Dogs 2 runs smoothly across a broad range of hardware, as well as add that extra polish to those features which matter the most to our community.”

In Watch Dogs 2, you’ll play as Marcus Holloway, an African-American from the Bay in Oakland, where he witnessed police brutality during most of his life. As a member of the hacker group DedSec, Holloway finds, assists, and works with other hackers in the Bay Area.

Compared to Pierce, Holloway is much more athletic, making it easier to navigate through San Francisco and Oakland, where he uses DIY weapons against his enemies.

Watch Dogs 2 arrives November 15 on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The Windows PC version of Watch Dogs 2 will now arrive on November 29.

When you walk around in Watch Dogs 2, you’ll come across other agents who are playing their own game. You can interact with other agents, and join their world if you want to help them complete missions.

When you pre-order Watch Dogs 2, you’ll get an exclusive mission and premium versions of the game. The mission is called “Zodiac Killer,” and it will see the infamous Zodiac Killer, who was never found, make its return to the city. When you complete the mission, you’ll receive an “exclusive outfit,” though Ubisoft hasn’t gone into further details.

Watch Dogs 2 Deluxe Edition includes the Game and the Deluxe pack of digital customization items. Watch Dogs 2 Gold Edition costs $99.99.
