Barcelona host Bayer Leverkusen in the second leg of the Champions League Round of 16 at Camp Nou on Wednesday.

Barcelona have a 3-1 lead after the first leg in Germany.

The match starts at 19:45 GMT (London), or 2:45 EST (New York). That match will be televised in the U.K. on ITV1, and in the U.S. on FOX Soccer Channel.

Online coverage of the match can be seen here: FoxSoccer2Go.

Barcelona will be without Alexis Sanchez, who scored twice in the first leg, as well as versatile defender Eric Abidal.

Leverkusen may have their hands full -- the Catalans haven't lost in European competition at home since Oct. 2009, and Leverkusen haven't won a road match since Oct. 2002.

The Bundesliga club will rely heavily on Stefan Kiessling, who has seven goals in league competition. Lionel Messi is rested for the match, and the Sergio Buesquets will be playing with a chip on his shoulder after receiving a red card in the most recent La Liga match.

Leverkusen have been on a roll lately, with three straight victories, and by a combined scored of eight to one.

PREDICTION: Barcelona will pass the ball with great proficiency, and hold off any early goals from Leverkusen. Meanwhile, don't be surprised if Messi finds the back of the net before half time. Leverkusen will be desperate in the second half, leading to Barcelona counter attacks. Messi may expect multiple chances in the second half, and the Argentine star, along with Cesc Fabregas, should be effective in scoring with less pressure.

PREDICTED SCORE: Barcelona over Levekusen, 4-1
