A pregnant mother shared a video to Instagram Wednesday of herself working out while in labor. Anna Strode, the Melbourne, Australia-based woman behind the viral video, pushed through soreness and exhaustion to create her latest workout video.

Strode, who claims in her Instagram bio to be a "family workout lover," regularly shared workout videos throughout her pregnancy that she said would be feasible for other pregnant women. Following Wednesday's workout video, Strode is now a mother of three.

"My last #pregnancyworkout was at the hospital just hours before we met our gorgeous Madi Grace," Strode wrote on Instagram. "We were on the ward waiting for contractions to ramp up and a delivery suite to become available so we could meet our sweet baby girl."

Strode then shared a revelation she discovered with her followers, claiming "Madi Grace was born in the EXACT same room as Lachie and Sammy [her twins]."

"The hospital is big and has over 20 delivery suites but it just so happened that they were all welcomed into the world in the same room how cool is that," she added.

Strode managed to complete a series of lunges and squats among other workout moves in the video. With over 54,000 views and 5,600 likes to date, fans quickly commended the fitness vlogger for her dedication to her daily pregnancy workout regimen.

"Oh my goodness! You are so cute @bubs2bikinis," one user commented. "I hope to be this fit when I get pregnant! You are an inspiration."

Strode also appeared to attract new fans with the viral workout video. One new Instagram fan shared their admiration for Strode's commitment, writing that they "had to start following her, she...[is] redickkkkk. Seriously not on the pregnancy game and I'm like #hero."

In a separate post, Strode shared a photo of her newborn, writing, "I'm quite sore and completely exhausted and also quite emotional. I just hope I can be strong and brave enough to be the best mama possible to our gorgeous children."

Strode did not immediately return International Business Times' request for comment.

This isn't the first time that the fitness guru has made headlines. Strode made an appearance on "Today Extra," an Australian-based talk show, to share how she acquired her post-pregnancy body in 2016. She told the show's hosts: "It's been all about really incorporating it into my daily life and ensuring that I make it fun. I do 20-minute exercises each day."

Strode shared a photo of her six-pack abs with her Instagram followers eight months after labor, also revealing that she experienced postpartum depression (also known as post-natal depression) following her first pregnancy. She credited exercise as the solution to overcoming the condition, claiming it boosted her mood and energy.

"8 months ago I was tired, felt a little out of control and completely out of my comfort zone trying to care for two newborns and was concerned maybe I was suffering from post natal depression," she wrote. "Today, and I honestly have EXERCISE to credit, I feel happy, in control, full of energy (despite very interrupted sleep) and completely capable of caring for 8 month old twins. Transformation Tuesday doesn't just have to be about what you SEE on the OUTSIDE, but also about how you FEEL on the INSIDE."

Strode also makes workout videos with her husband, Rhett Sutton. Sutton in a June video strapped a medicine ball onto his stomach, which served as a "heavier" version of his wife's baby bump.
