The footage showed him at the police precinct, where he caused the commotion.
He screamed: "I have rights, Im an American I'm a f—ing American. I pay my taxes. Get these s—s off my f—ing arm.” LaBeouf called one officer a "dumb f—k" and "f—king b—h" and criticized other officers.
The Chatham County Sheriff’s Office said they arrested the 31-year-old actor in the lobby of a hotel.
"You got me in my hotel, arresting me in my hotel for doing what, Sir?" LaBeouf said. "I was asking for a cigarette, you said no, I said word, then you arrested me, you dumb f—k. I came up to you asking for a cigarette you dumb f—k."

The video then showed LaBeouf inside of a police cruiser where he yelled: "So you wanna arrest white people who give a f—k and ask for cigarettes? I came up to you trying to be nice you stupid bitch. Why would I ask for a cigarette if I was a racist, you stupid bitch."

"Let me out," LaBeouf screamed. "No, we can't talk or nothing. I'm a f—king American, I pay my taxes. Get these s—ts off my arms."
He continued, "They got cameras everywhere, you dummy. I got more millionaire lawyers than you know what to do with, you stupid bitch!"
A police report said the LeBeouf asked a bystander for a cigarette and when he declined, the actor started "using profanities and vulgar language in front of the women and children present."
LaBeouf was asked to leave the scene. Police said he declined and became hostile toward an officer. He went to a hotel nearby and attempted to avoid the officers. LaBeouf was apparently in the Savannah while he recorded his new movie, "The Peanut Butter Falcon."
